Free Pax: If the group is of 16 people (15 pax subscribers + 1 person for free by land, based on DOUBLE room: 8). Samar Magic Tours will pay all expenses for land, accommodation in DOUBLE room. Not included: accommodation in a single room, and air tickets.
2024 Special Group Departure: Every Thursday on June, July, August, September. There is a surcharge during the Naadam Festival and applies to travel from July 01 to July 15-High Season in Mongolia!, where all services and accommodations are crowded.

Tour Highlights: Join us for the Far Western Mongolia Tour!. Bayan-Olgii is the westernmost of the 21 provinces of Mongolia. The country's only Muslim and Kazakh-majority province, it was established in 1940. Its capital is Olgii. Most inhabitants of Bayan-Olgii are Kazakhs (88.7%). Smaller parts of the population are composed of Uriankhai (7.2%), Dorvod (1.5%), Khalkha, Tuva and Khoshuud. A significant portion of the population speaks Kazakh as their mother tongue and the Mongolian language only as a second language.
We will visit the local museum and market in Ulgii to buy some products. Meet the Golden Eagle Hunting Family. To learn about the Golden Eagle Hunting. We will visit a local Kazakh family, and see how they make their fantastic colorful embroideries. Family Concert is included!. Expedition to Tolbo Nuur (Frog Lake) is about 50km south of Ulgii town for hiking. The saltwater lake is high (2080m). We will have a full day drive following Tsagaan Gol Valley (White River) to Altai Tavan Bogd National Park (The Holy Five). Altai Mountain range is Mongolia’s largest and highest mountain range with high peaks over 4000 meters above sea level. Expedition to “Shiveet Hairhan” Sacred Mountain is a famous spot, where you will see the largest petroglyph galleries dating back from the period of bronze age to Huns (approx. 200-1000 B.C.).
